Does hotel pickup really include my hotel?
Yes. All daily tours and transfers start at your hotel lobby. Enter your hotel name in search and the available options will show.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver on the day, in cash. EUR preferred. No card, no online payment to book. We confirm by WhatsApp.
What if my flight is delayed?
Airport transfers track your flight in real time. If it is late, the driver waits. No extra charge.
Can I cancel my booking?
48h+ before — full refund · 24–48h — 50% · Under 24h — none. Message us on WhatsApp to cancel.
Are children allowed on tours?
Yes. Child pricing applies for ages 3–11. Infants under 3 travel free. A few tours (Jeep Safari) have age recommendations — check the tour page.
How soon will you confirm my booking?
WhatsApp confirmation usually within an hour. You get the exact pickup time and any driver details you need.
What languages do your guides speak?
Drivers and guides speak English. German, Russian, and Hungarian support coming next.
